MiyKah McIntosh is the founder and CEO of McIntosh Management Group, a management agency dedicated to empowering athletes and music artists to take control of their careers both on and off the stage or court.
A former professional basketball player with roots in Pickering, Ontario, MiyKah brings the discipline, focus, and strategic mindset he developed on the court into the business world. His time as an elite athlete, paired with his academic background in Sports Business Management & Marketing, shaped his understanding of what it truly takes to succeed in competitive industries — and where many talented individuals fall short: proper guidance, structure, and brand ownership.
As both a student and team leader, MiyKah learned to navigate the highs and lows of performance pressure, contract negotiations, branding challenges, and personal development. These lessons became the foundation for McIntosh Management Group, where he now works to bridge the gap between raw talent and long-term success.
